The first session involves a comprehensive overview of the client’s concerns bringing them to counseling, symptoms, cultural identities, family dynamics, and goals for therapy.
Individual Counseling

Individual counseling sessions include building a strong therapeutic relationship between the counselor and client. Clinician will use evidence-based practices to address ongoing concerns, reduce symptoms, and help the client meet their therapeutic goals.
Parent Sessions

When working with an adolescent, clinician will meet with parent(s)/guardian(s), as needed. Clinician will provide family’s with support and psychoeducation.
